We felt at home for the whole stay, thanks to the amazing family who welcomed us so warmly. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the stay was comfortable. The guest house is close to Baga beach, with green surroundings and lovely views of the hills and river. They helped us arrange water sports, scuba diving, parasailing and a banana ride at very reasonable prices, and helped us get everything done on time. A big thank you to the Braganja guest house and family for their kindness and for adding so much joy to our trip. All the best to them.

Nancy takes care of the hotel and its guests. Baga and Calangute beaches are only about five minutes away, which is very convenient. Still, I found the place overpriced for what it offers, and that location is the only other good reason I can see for booking here.

It’s a quiet place with a homely feel, a garden and nice surroundings. Vagator and Anjuna beaches are nearby too. This is a decent, budget stay if all you need is somewhere clean to freshen up, relax and sleep. We planned to spend most of our time outdoors exploring Goa’s beaches and attractions, so it worked for us.

The owner was so friendly and treated every guest like her own child. It’s not a luxury stay, but it does feel like home. The rooms were awesome, the service was good, and the location was very good. Thanks for the hospitality, I had a great experience.

The new rooms have beautiful views across the hillside, and it was quiet being set back from the Main Street. Baga was still easy to reach on foot. Nancy made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. We’ll be back for sure.
