The rooms were spotless, with useful storage and a safe for valuables. Staff were friendly from the moment I arrived, and they listened to concerns and sorted them out quickly. The hotel sits in a quiet area, with a luxury feel for a reasonable price. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Delhi. A couple of things could be better: the sink tap had weak flow, and there was no room card with the WiFi password, front desk number, or hot water hours. If you book the Superior Room on MakeMyTrip, the bathroom may not match the photos, though it’s still good enough for solo travel. I’d recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and value.

The place felt safe and comfortable, and it was easy to reach nearby places from the convenient location. My room was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were as described at booking. Check-in went smoothly, room service was quick, and the staff were polite and helpful. A great value stay, highly recommended.

The food was awful, and the staff behaved in a very unhygienic and unworthy way. They wouldn’t listen to complaints. Staff were uncooperative in general and didn’t seem interested in fixing guests’ problems. Every little service came with a charge, including laundry and breakfast, even though breakfast was described as complementary. They try to dominate guests and get as much money as they can. Pathetic hotel.

The room was filthy and poorly maintained, and the food, especially breakfast, was unbelievably bad. The facilities felt pathetic too. When guests complain, nobody responds properly, and the staff come across as careless and unprofessional, providing low-grade service. There are hardly any hotels nearby, and it felt like they use that to take advantage of customers by showing inflated prices for surrounding hotels. A total waste of money.
