The rooms were comfortable, and the location made getting around really easy. I felt welcome the whole time thanks to the great service. Had a fantastic stay! 😊✨

Our stay at Victoria was disappointing. Don't rely on the pictures posted on Google Photos. They aren't genuine, as you can see from the pictures I posted from my stay. Fab Hotels customer care also didn't resolve our issues when we contacted them. We were shown eight rooms, and every one smelled damp even after freshener was sprayed. There were power issues and no hot water, until staff gave us a heating rod after we asked. Breakfast was at a different hotel 2 km away. The taps had very low pressure, and the bathrooms had no clothes hooks or exhaust fans, with broken ceilings. The beds and side tables weren't in good shape and felt unpleasant to touch. The AC took ages to cool, so summer would be difficult. Cupboards were dirty, and some power sockets and switches were broken or didn't work. Sameer Khan was very rude.

Fab hotel rates this place as 3 star, but in my experience it isn't suitable for an overnight stay. There's no parking, so I parked outside and paid 500 Rs to the revenue authority. The toilet wasn't hygienic, and a septic tank smell came through. My room's toilet adjoined the nearby restaurant, so kitchen noise and dirt reached the room. The exterior shown on Goibibo didn't match the actual building. The old electrical plugs didn't work properly and seemed unsafe. I tried reaching Fab Hotels but couldn't get through, so I escalated it to Goibibo. I wouldn't recommend Fab hotel.

The property looked different from its pictures, and we left without staying because it smelled bad and was unclean. They promised a refund, but we still haven't received the money. We're following up with Aditya from Fab Express, but he's dodging our calls. The pool shown in the image feels like it was used to fool us. I'd avoid booking through Fab Express.
