The rooms are very close to the beach. We went during monsoon season, and there was no hot water. They didn’t clean the room daily or provide drinking water. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the person in charge didn’t know about it.

The short walk to Baga beach was a big plus, and the room was kept well by housekeeping. I also felt it was safe for families and couples, with security cameras around the walking area. The reception staff were polite and spoke very humbly.

This place felt completely untidy, and the area didn't seem safe. I wouldn't stay here as a solo traveler, couple, or group of friends. Oyo should take hotels like this off its platform. A definite no.

The rooms are on the small side, but the staff and manager were very polite and made sure we were comfortable. The location is very close to the beach, and service and hospitality were both great.
