I stayed from 8-9 october after booking through Oyo, and it felt like a waste of money. The hotel's pictures on the site aren't truthful. The AC and TV weren't working, the fridge wasn't cooling, and there wasn't even a bucket or mug in the bathroom. The sheets smelled. Free breakfast was just bread and butter plus some yellow rice or poha. Tripadvisors should double check the hotels listed on their sites. I don't recommend staying here. It's sad to see money go down the drain.

The location is just awesome, but don't expect the hotel to deliver its promised services or amenities. There was no Wi-Fi, and the TV connection wasn't recharged on time. Planning on the complimentary breakfast is a waste of time: with no rush in the restaurant, it still took them at least an hour to make a bread omlette. The staff offered no support with anything, and the service was bad. If location is all you need and you can do without hotel services or amenities, this might work for you.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. During my five days, the room was serviced only twice, and I had to keep asking for fresh towels, which I got on just two days. They also wouldn’t lend me an umbrella during heavy rain or rent me a scooter when I asked. The WiFi never connected in my room on either my phone or laptop, despite repeated claims of a network issue. They didn’t leave drinking water in the room either. When we tried to have lunch, most menu items weren’t available, and partway through the meal they ran out of atta. We were told to wait 30 minutes, so we left our food. They really don’t seem to understand hospitality.

I stayed here with friends while visiting Goa. The biggest plus is how close it is to Baga beach, with bars and discos nearby. Titto Bar is only about 50 metres away. The facilities were good, though the WiFi didn’t work in our room once it reached its limit.

The waiters treated us badly, there was no room service, and the hotel food wasn’t good. Management also made promises it didn’t keep, and the owner’s involvement seemed to get in the way of things running properly. Our online booking through goibibo was confirmed, but the owner cancelled it, apparently because the rate was low. We were told the same could happen with TripAdvisor bookings. Even though we’d booked a month ahead, we had to wait 2 to 3 hours past the noon check-in time while they looked for a room. After staff confirmed the amount, they asked for more money midway through our stay and threatened to make us leave if we didn’t pay.
