The food at breakfast and dinner was very poor and didn't meet basic expectations. The service also fell short, with staff response and hospitality below standard. My room's cleanliness was extremely poor, and I spotted large spiders inside. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic, with housekeeping and maintenance clearly neglected. It was an unpleasant stay, and I hope management improves the cleanliness, food and service.

I felt safe and comfortable here, and the rate was good. The room was nice, with a beautiful, big bed and all the room elements. The staff and manager were kind, with the manager treating us like family. It's friendly for families and couples, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel. All the best to everyone, see you again ❤❤

I spent five days here and found the room clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I had a very pleasant stay. I'd recommend the hotel and would happily return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

(Edited and updated details) We paid 5k for a weekend stay, though it's worth 2k at most. Check-in was delayed by two hours. I called at 11.22am after booking, and they said the room was ready. When we arrived at 11.45am, they asked for the booking details again and promised it would be ready in 15 minutes. We went to eat on the first floor and returned at 12.45pm. They asked for the details again and again said 15 minutes. At 2pm, we had to get aggressive before they gave us the room. The set-top box didn't work, even after we asked them to fix it. They seem to share a few boxes between rooms.
