New Shahana - Hostel

The hotel photos on Google are misleading. The place looked completely different when we arrived. Staff were rude and uncooperative, and although they agreed on one price over the phone, they charged extra when we got there. Rooms were so small two people couldn’t fit properly, and they were suffocating with no working AC. The washroom was dirty, the flush didn’t work, and the bed and mattress were filthy. When we complained about the AC, staff argued that this was just how things were in Mumbai, while still charging the full room rate. This hotel isn’t suitable for ladies or girl children. Andheri has plenty of other hotels, so please don’t choose this one. Stay safe from these frauds.

The rooms are very small and don’t match the pictures. Flexible check-in and check-out isn’t supported either.

The room had no washroom, and the AC stopped working. It was tiny, dirty, smelled bad, and there were insects in the bed. Staff kept arguing with customers and were rude, while the service was awful. They have three owners, each with different rules, which made things worse. The photos on Google don't match reality at all. Please stay somewhere else. I'd suggest Hotel Nest and Rest in Andheri East.

The washrooms weren't clean and the flush didn't work. There were also electricity problems, and the AC in the rooms wasn't working. On top of that, the rooms smelled and the staff behaved badly. The Google photos are misleading, and I didn't feel it was safe for girls. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Try Nest and Rest in Andheri instead.
