The food was really good, and we had a great time at their popular club, Las Olas. The property is in a prime spot, though the rooms feel cramped and have no windows for ventilation. That seems to be how the setup is. We still loved our stay.

At checkout, they accused us of breaking the TV and charged us the full cost of a new one, not just a service fee. We hadn't watched it or even checked whether it worked, so we hadn't touched it. The staff may have broken it themselves. This was a very bad experience, and it felt like a scam.

The manager was very rude, and the staff didn't speak to customers politely. I had a really bad experience here. I'd personally suggest not visiting this hotel.

The receptionist was rude, with no hospitality or respect. This hotel was really pathetic. Think twice before booking, guys.

The location is tucked well inside, and there was noise all night. It was also very crowded, with dogs around while we ate at the beachside dinner, which wasn't well organised. Our room was cramped and stinky, cleanliness wasn't maintained, and the service fell short. The food was average too. I wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday.
