I checked in today and left right away because the conditions were awful. The online photos had no connection to what I found, and the claim that it was close to the beach was misleading. It’s not near the beach and there’s no beach view as advertised. The AC didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was completely down, and most room lights were out. I asked about the lights and was told, “Why do you need all the lights? One is enough.” I asked for a room change, or I’d leave immediately. Luckily I hadn’t paid in advance. As soon as I entered, I also had to ask them to replace the ODU fan. Service was terrible. When I requested a water bottle, they asked if I had an empty one they could refill. The windows wouldn’t shut properly, cleanliness was extremely poor and I had to ask repeatedly for cleaning, and the room wasn’t the one shown at booking. Staff were careless and unprofessional, while the owner seemed indifferent and took no responsibility. This was a complete disappointment. I’d give it one star, or zero if I could, and strongly advise people not to book or stay here.

It’s very crowded and unhygienic, with no room service or hot water. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock from the outside. The only good thing is Baga Beach is just 300m away.

The rooms were dirty, there were no basic essentials, and the service was poor. Staff seemed more interested in money than helping us. They pushed us to take a different room from the one we selected, saying ours was still being cleaned. Even when we asked for another option, they made us wait a long time on purpose. Wouldn’t recommend it.

A horrible stay. The room smelled too much, the AC wasn’t working properly, and there were lots of cockroaches. Not hygienic.

We felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so we had to leave overnight. The place is in Tito’s lane, which didn’t feel safe for girls or families, and we didn’t see any other families staying there. When we asked for a refund because of the safety concerns, the staff ignored us, cut our calls, and wouldn’t communicate. The worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a secure, reliable stay.
