The receptionist behaved rudely and used bad language with customers. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I’m telling my friends and family not to go to this hotel.

I had to make a different booking in the middle of the night after the manager refused to give me the room at the discounted price shown by oyo. Oyo had confirmed the booking, but at check-in the manager still said they wouldn’t provide a room. This is bad management, and Oyo should look into the issue.

It was a bad experience staying here. Reception staff behaved badly and wouldn’t let two adults in one room meet a relative or friend. One person had to go outside before another could come in. This is my personal experience, and I wouldn’t stay here.

Very bad hotel management. Even with a room for two people, they wouldn’t allow a guest or friend to come and meet us.

For a single person on a budget, it’s just average, neither good nor bad. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a family stay.
