The rooms were spacious, tidy, and uncluttered, and the whole property was clean and well cared for. Sterling Mantra has a calm feel that made it easy to unwind. The staff were polite, professional, prompt, and reliable, while the food was tasty and hygienic with a good range of choices. For the price, it covers what you need and keeps things comfortable, whether you're travelling with family, taking a short break, or just after some quiet. I'd recommend it and would come back.

My daughter's wedding at Mantra was beautifully organised, but the decorator, Jitender, made the experience very disappointing. He ignored my suggestions and questions about the decor, stage, flowers, and hall setup, and didn't take my preferences into account. He kept asking for advance payments, yet after receiving them, he spoiled the event. I don't understand why Sterling continues to partner with him given his rough behaviour and very poor work. I wouldn't recommend this venue for a happy occasion like a wedding.

The open lawn and tidy common areas added to the pleasant feel of Sterling Mantra Haridwar. It's away from the city's busy areas but conveniently close to the main highway and Haridwar's key attractions. Our room was clean, spacious, well maintained, and had the essentials for an easy, comfortable stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, and made us feel welcome. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the hotel is good value for money. I'd recommend it to people visiting with family or friends.

I keep coming back to Sterling Mantra. The chef and staff are courteous, the food is amazing, and the vibe and hospitality are great. They also accommodate special food requests. The rooms are clean and a decent size. Recommended.

Our group of six spent three days at Sterling, enjoying the open spaces and the clean linen, bathroom, and toiletries. The hotel is a nice, decent place about 10 kms before Har ki Paudi. Breakfast had a good, tasty spread, and the restaurant served delicious dishes. The shahi paneer and yellow dal tadka were tasty, while the palak corn was out of this world. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
