OYO 3264 Hotel Ranvir Prime

The washroom was small and smelly, and there was no hand shower. The plates and spoon were dirty, and they served tea in a plastic jug. The phone in the room didn’t work either. When I arrived, the bedsheets, pillow cover, and duvet were so dirty that I couldn’t sleep at night. It wasn’t worth the money, and I was disappointed.

Staff were helpful, but the bedding was dirty, and they don’t clean the bedsheets, blanket, or pillows properly. Towels weren’t put in the room unless you called, and they felt like mops. The restrooms were okay, but the hotel needs improvement. There’s no breakfast buffet in the restaurant, and you have to call them for breakfast.

Even with an empty hotel, they gave me a room with a broken flush, shower, and intercom. The shower appeared to have been left unfixed knowingly. The property feels past its prime and is poorly maintained. If a room like that is what you get when the hotel is empty, what must the other rooms be like?

I paid in full when booking on 22sept 2021 for my 71 year old mother, whose train was due to arrive at 11. I called to arrange an early check-in, but they told me they don’t accept any online bookings. It was a pathetic experience, especially since my elderly mother isn’t very tech savvy. With no update, we cancelled the booking. Very bad.
