The pool needs safer depth markings at several points, since it changes depth suddenly. The rooms could also be kept cleaner and more organized. It was okay overall.
4/10
We were in the last ground-floor room of the newly built property. At about 3 a.m., a utensil suddenly hit the floor in our room. The windows were closed and the fan was off, which made it even more unsettling. It was really frightening for us.

The food was delicious 😋, and the pool was awesome. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable too. Amazing experience at Club Platinum Resort, and good value for the money.

The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time with the family at Club Platinum Resort, thanks to the excellent service and hospitality. We'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.
2/10
We came back after about 8 years, and the difference is huge. It's in very bad condition, with zero maintenance and unhygienic surroundings. The air conditioners weren't working properly either, and the water park is in poor shape with salty water. I'd avoid this place for a day out.
