The owner was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. The room was tiny, dirty, and unhygienic, and the service was very poor. A waste of money. I’d urge people not to book this property. One of the worst places in Balaghat.

I paid in advance for eight rooms, but at checkout they asked for extra money without giving a reason. The hotel manager kept shouting at us throughout. One of my worst hotel experiences.

I stayed in room 104 on the first floor. It’s small, but works for two adults. The bathroom was fine, and there was hot water.

For a small town, you can’t expect much, but it’s easy on the pocket. Just lodging, there’s no food.
