We got a good price, and the staff were so kind that I feel bad giving a low rating. But cleanliness was a problem. The bathroom had a lingering smell, and the linen didn't look clean.

The balcony has a great view over ooty city, and the staff are nice. Rooms and bathrooms were clean too. It's an affordable place to stay in Ooty, right beside the road into the city.

Parking was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful during my two-day stay. Mr. Sagyanathan deserves a special thanks for his support. Ajay Residency was clean and comfortable, and very good for the price. I had an excellent experience and would recommend it.

Ajay residency is handy for public transport, with the city bus stop nearby for connections to the railway station and bus stand. It's right in the middle of the city, and we had a comfortable stay for three days. Mr. Prabhu was especially kind and always there for us. The staff checked what we needed often and took care of it. Hot water was available throughout, and they provided drinking water too. Thanks, we hope to visit again.
