The bathroom was in poor shape, with what looked like all kinds of fungus, and it didn't feel suitable for a family. The blankets and rooms weren't clean or tidy, and when I pointed that out, they said that's what they had. There were no blankets, the beds were awful, and even the bathrooms weren't clean. The staff were lazy, unhelpful, and uncooperative, and the people at the hotel were the worst. There's no AC switch in the room, so you have to turn it on and off directly. At 12:30 at night, someone came to the room asking about nonsensical things. They also didn't seem to understand online bookings or even ask about them properly. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. If I could give a minus rating, I would.
