The massage itself was the best Swedish massage I've ever had. Divya was professional and experienced, and the spa was clean, nicely scented, and properly air-conditioned. I was surprised they could manage all that at an affordable price, and they gave me a good discount. From my first enquiry call through to the end, I couldn't find a fault. The woman who answered was polite, responsive, and explained everything. They sent the details and location right after the call, so getting there was hassle-free. Everyone was welcoming, and the receptionist even came outside to help me park the car, which felt like luxury service. I strongly recommend this place in kochi if you're looking for a professional massage.

We spent two nights at Moonbasa Boutique Hotel. The café and spa under the same roof were convenient, and breakfast at the café was tasty and healthy, with soothing music that made for a relaxing start to the day. The staff and owner welcomed us warmly and made us comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. The bathroom was especially spotless, with modern fittings, and the shower's multiple buttons and features were a nice surprise. Thanks to the whole team for the hospitality and attention to detail. I'd happily recommend the hotel and stay again.

Breakfast was a highlight for me at Moonbasa Hotel, Kochi. It wasn’t a buffet and the choices were limited, but the food was freshly prepared and delicious. The café food was good too. My room felt comfortable and had a bit more space than expected, and everything was well maintained. The reception team were welcoming and very helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would gladly come back.
