My family and I were put through this at 11:30 pm. I had booked through oyo, but the hotel wanted extra money because oyo charges commission. I had mistakenly booked for one guest instead of two, and they wouldn't help change the booking. I wasn't insisting on getting a room and could have gone elsewhere, but the manager, Mr. Favas, wouldn't arrange a refund if I couldn't stay. He was rude and crossed the line without being provoked. He treated me like an enemy, and when my wife questioned his behavior, he misbehaved with her too. The whole experience was awful, and I can't recommend this place. If the manager is under stress, customers shouldn't have to take the brunt of it.

I was traveling with my family, including a one-year-old baby, when this happened after 11:30 PM. We were denied a room and left without support late at night, which was extremely difficult. I had been redirected to this property by OYO after a problem with my original booking. The staff then refused to give us a room. OYO customer support advised me to cancel so I could get a refund, but the hotel management wouldn't cooperate with that process. When I raised the issue, manager Mr. Favas was very rude and handled it unprofessionally. This showed a lack of basic respect and cooperation. I strongly wouldn't recommend the hotel.

We arrived around midnight during a festive season, and the staff were still genuine and cooperative. The rooms were decent and the staff friendly, but there are some drawbacks: no lift, no complimentary water, and parking for only about two cars, so another car may not find a spot. The place is isolated.

At crystal executive suites, the room was spotless, without a speck of dust, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. They handled every request promptly and made the stay enjoyable. It was an outstanding experience, and I'd happily recommend it for the clean rooms and great service. I'll definitely return.

The bathroom was neat and clean, though the room itself was average. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and unhygienic, and there were no bath towels or water bottles. There are no lifts to any floor.
