The underground entrance felt a little unusual at first, but inside, the hotel looks world class. We had a relaxing stay in a clean room, and the breakfast was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and a world class spread. The staff were the real highlight: warm, attentive, and quick to replace our pillows when we had a small issue. We were very happy with the experience and would gladly stay again.

Riyasul from Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay, and the restaurant breakfast staff were attentive each morning. Ajith and Saadb at the Front Office welcomed us warmly and made check-in smooth. Vijay Kumar was also a great help with the booking and made that process hassle-free. At Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms, Kozhikode, the team's friendly, professional care made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a visit to Kozhikode.

The spacious room, good breakfast buffet, and polite staff were the only real positives. Mosquitoes were so bad we couldn't sleep, which was awful with a 9 hour drive planned for the next day. The railway track nearby also made it extremely noisy. At checkout, we were charged for a minibar soft drink we hadn't had. It took time, and we paid because we didn't want to spend longer arguing. They also charge extra for more water, which is disappointing in this climate when drinking water should be basic. We stayed at a much cheaper hotel the day before and had a far better experience there. Breakfast at 8:00 am seems late for travelers, too. I'd give this place 2 stars, mainly because the mosquitoes made proper rest impossible. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh, delicious choices, and the quick, professional service made the stay even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. I'd highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable, pleasant stay, and would happily come back.

We stayed in rooms 2208 and 2209 at Royal Plaza Inn by RAK Rooms. The rooms were spacious and seemed clean when we arrived, and the breakfast had a really good variety. Staff were courteous and polite throughout. The serious problem was mosquitoes in both rooms. We didn't sleep at all, so if a good night's rest is your main reason for staying, keep that in mind. The hotel otherwise has good potential, and I hope management fixes this.
