Muskan Gupta made check-in smooth at Vint Resort and was ready to help with anything I needed during my stay. She was warm, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived, and her bright smile made me feel welcome. Her kindness and care made the stay much more enjoyable. The restaurant shuts after 11 PM, which I expected, but it would have helped if they'd kept something for guests arriving late. The room looked good at first, yet stayed too cold even with the heater/AC on. The jacuzzi took around 3-4 hours to fill, and I had to stop the water now and then to keep it warm because it didn't keep running hot. Housekeeping was rude and unwelcoming when I asked about the slow water, and said nothing could be done. I've recently been to Bali, where the welcome for new hotel guests felt unmatched. We booked for the outdoor area and pool, and told the staff beforehand that we wanted to eat and relax outside. We couldn't use that space because it had been booked, and the crowd there caused a nuisance with loud music and boys swearing. That made the stay even worse. The rooms were only fine, and we had to ask for stained sheets to be changed. We were hungry, so we ate at the restaurant and found the food average. After the meal, they wouldn't waive the service charge or offer a discount, even though we wanted to enjoy the space we'd expected to use. If they can't accommodate guests, they shouldn't take bookings.

The garden was lovely, and the swimming pool looked really attractive. Breakfast was a treat, with very hot paratha and a complete omelette platter, and the live music was awesome. We enjoyed the stay and would visit again during the holidays. Raju Singh, Deepak, and Kishan were all cooperative, and Raju Singh provided nice management.
