The reception and management were helpful, and the food tasted very good. The hotel is centrally located, with famous places nearby. The rooms were okay, though there’s no view, and being in the city, the room may feel stuffy. Still, I had a good experience here.

The location is nice, and there are plenty of other places to stay nearby. I’d avoid this hotel. We booked three rooms for two nights, paid for AC rooms, and found that none of the ACs worked. There were no ceiling fans either, so they brought standing fans and still charged us for AC. Staff said maintenance wasn’t available, and the receptionist told us AC only works on certain floors. He was fed up with the management and said guests often complain about the AC. After a long argument, we got different rooms on the second day, where the AC worked. The receptionist was the only person we could speak to. For double occupancy, our room had just one coffee cup. They refused to give us another, citing hotel policy. The restaurant service was poor too: the food was never hot, the soup bread crumbs ran out and weren’t replenished despite repeated requests, and the prices were too high for the quality.

We booked three rooms believing this was a 4-star hotel and paid a lot, but not one room had AC that worked properly. The staff came by several times to switch it on and off and told us to wait. After travelling all day, we were exhausted when, at 1 AM, they asked us to move rooms instead of fixing the problem. They couldn’t promise the new room’s AC would work, and there wasn’t even a ceiling fan. They kept blaming “technical issues.” If that was the situation, they shouldn’t have accepted our check-in. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

A waste of time and money. The rooms weren’t up to standard, the staff weren’t cooperative, and it wasn’t worth what we paid. I’d suggest avoiding this hotel, the lodge is much better.
