The bed bugs kept me from sleeping properly, and I ended up with a skin allergy. The room was awful, easily one of my worst stays.

The staff were rude and handled things irresponsibly. Easily the worst service I've had. I'd avoid this place.

The staff were helpful and around when needed, and I had a good stay.

🤢🤢🤢 This was a truly awful hotel. I gave it one star only because there wasn't a zero-star option.

The staff argued with customers over the prices listed on the oyo website and treated us very badly. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms filthy, and there was no hygiene at all. Blankets were torn, and both the almirahs and drawers were broken. The rooms are also tiny for what they charge. I'd say look around first, there are good hotels nearby. Don't come here.
