The room had a decent view, but visible molding in places made it look neglected and poorly maintained. Service was below expectations, and the parking area and halls felt shady and unsafe. The gallery was average. The location is okay, but that’s the only real positive I found at Livbox IT Park, Dehradun. The building is still under construction, and running the induction cooker and fridge together trips the meter instantly, so you have to reconnect it using a dial pad. It’s basically just a room, not really a hotel, with no proper on-site facilities. You have to buy everything separately, even water and food, usually through Blinkit or similar apps. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are much more reliable options in Dehradun at the same price.

Hotel LivBox in Dehraoon has a neat, clean room set up like a studio apartment, which makes it feel spacious and comfortable. The balcony is a nice spot to relax, and the food was good. It was an okay experience with a few enjoyable amenities. I’d recommend it if you want a simple, cozy place to stay.

These feel like PG rooms, not a hotel, and there’s zero service. Don’t count on food or room service. Food depends on whether the local cafe they’re tied up with is serving. After 10 pm, don’t expect even a water bottle, and there’s no reception or anyone reachable.
