The staff were courteous and ready to help, and the rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable. I also appreciated the balcony for having tea outside. They kept us well supplied with bottled water and even provided an iron and ironing board.

At 5 AM I had to call a friend to get the money together for me. The front desk receptionist, Pradeep, wouldn’t take my American credit card, even though I’d booked a month earlier using an American Visa card. He demanded ₹38,000 upfront, and I only had about one day’s rent with me. He needs to be fired.

The location makes it easy to get around, with M.G road metro about a 5-minute walk away and popular spots, including bars and breweries, nearby. I’ve stayed here a few times and would recommend it for a Bangalore visit, whether for work or a holiday. The staff are very hospitable, and the owner pays incredible attention to detail.

We had a suite that worked perfectly for three of us. The staff were polite, efficient, and ready to help whenever we needed something. Breakfast, a delicious Indian meal, is included and brought to the room. There’s also unlimited tea and coffee there, plus a bar fridge for extra food and drinks. The hotel is right in Bangalore’s main business area, and the rooms are clean, airy, spacious, and nicely decorated. There isn’t really a full restaurant on site, but you can order a simple, tasty Indian dinner, eat at Portland Steak House, which is attached to the hotel, or get delivery through a food app. They can arrange an Uber or Ola for you too, and you pay the driver in cash when you arrive. Good value for the price, location, and service, for business or leisure.
