I called OYO support while standing there with my luggage and waited ages, but got no help. At check-in, the hotel demanded ₹300 more than the ₹1200 I'd paid online, saying regular rates applied and they didn't accept the OYO price. They wouldn't explain or budge, even after I showed them my booking confirmation and the policy. I'll never book with OYO again. They prey on people looking for budget stays.
10/10
The room was good, the place was clean and hygienic, and the staff were very friendly. It felt safe for families.
10/10
The rooftop cafeteria was great, and the food menu had lots of choices that were prepared really well. Royal Splendid provided great hospitality, with helpful staff and a good range of facilities: hygienic rooms, internet, plenty of TV channels, and hot water. I had an awesome stay and would strongly recommend it to couples and families.
10/10
The location is easy to reach, parking is available, and the city center isn't far away. The rooms were clean and neat, with all the amenities, and the staff and room service were friendly and well mannered. I'd recommend staying here alone or with family.
8/10
Rooms were neat, and the place is close to HBR layout. They take the full amount in advance. The Android TV only works with Wi-Fi, and there's no set-top box, so you can't browse news channels in the evening. The bathrooms on the ground floor are very small.
