The room stayed hot and stuffy because the air conditioning didn't work properly. I found insects in the room, and visible dirt and dust on the surfaces and in the corners. I told the staff, but they didn't offer an effective fix. The stay was thoroughly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel until these problems are addressed.

The insects crawling and flying around were unpleasant, and there wasn't a bath mug for the bucket. Most of the time, calling for help got a negative response. I booked breakfast for both days, but they skipped it each time even after reminders. Almost nobody seemed to care.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were friendly. Hotel royal is in a great location. A very good stay, highly recommended.

The bedsheets and pillows were a nightmare, and they didn't clean the room with room service or provide complimentary breakfast. I had a really bad experience. The maintenance staff were horrible and demanded extra money for no reason because we'd booked through your site, while people who came directly were appreciated.

The location was good, and the rooms were nice. The staff were very kind, and housekeeping did a good job.
