I booked four days at a fair price through Agoda, but they cancelled it when I arrived at the hotel with my luggage. The owner’s behavior was the worst. It seemed to be about the tariff: if you pay less using coupons or another method, they won’t accept it, leaving you with no option late at night except paying a higher price. I was alone and managed, but I’d never book here with family. Never try booking here. I think the ratings are fake. This was the worst experience of my life.

I stayed here for a few days recently and it was very good. Everything was clean and neatly maintained. The staff were pleasant and ready to help when needed.

They charged me over a small mark on the bedsheet, even though it was washable. The manager's attitude was awful, and they said they'd charge for water spilled on a bedsheet or pillow too. Worst hotel I've been to. Don't trust the reviews, they all seem fake. Please don't stay here.

The property is new, and the rooms look really elegant, with a business class feel. I've stayed twice, once on my own and once with my family. Very classy rooms.

My booking on booking.com was confirmed at 900, but when I arrived at night they wanted 1500, and the room didn't even have AC or a fan. I was very, very unhappy with the experience.
