The rooms, restaurant, and shared areas were all well maintained, and the food tasted great. Mr Anirudh arranged a complimentary upgrade without me even asking. Sabbar was quick and welcoming in the restaurant, and Prabhakar ji made sure we were comfortable. I had a great time and would choose this place again when I'm in Bangalore.

I spent 17 days at Citadel Sarovar Portico and had a comfortable stay in a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The meals were a highlight, with plenty of options and most dishes tasting very good. Service was excellent throughout, and whenever I needed help the kind, friendly staff were ready to assist. I didn't run into any problems. Thanks to the employees for their professionalism, kindness, and support. I'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel for its hospitality, food, and service.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh, delicious, and offered lots of choice. My room was cozy and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless. It's also in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and would be glad to return.

We had a great meal at Citadel Sarovar Portico. The buffet had a nice range of good quality dishes, all fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. The restaurant was clean, with a warm, pleasant atmosphere that felt good for relaxing. The staff were attentive and courteous, and service ran smoothly. It's a nice spot for a family dinner, gathering, or casual meal with friends. I'd recommend it for the food and hospitality. Sabbar and Soumjith were really great.

We were there for a meeting from morning to evening and didn't stay overnight, so I can't speak to the rooms. The food was delicious, and the venue was comfortable and professional. Everything was well maintained, the arrangements were excellent, and the courteous staff helped make the event a success.
