We were left waiting even though rooms were available. We had asked for an early check-in, but they refused and told us to contact the booking app. The policy says early check-in depends on hotel availability. The manager and staff were rude. A pathetic experience with the service.
2/10
The response was very poor. Our company policy included a discount, but they still refused to apply it. The service was awful too.
10/10
I stayed with my family and our two small kids. The large Premium room was neat and very clean, and staff were polite, helpful, and friendly with the children. Room service was very fast. We're happy we stayed here.
10/10
I've stayed here many times, and the service has been good every time.
2/10
The service was so pathetic I wouldn't even give this place one star. The management staff were rude.
