Collection O 14320 Pride Manyata

The staff were nice, and room service and breakfast in the morning were good. At first the room looked clean, but I later noticed the sheets weren't, and there were a few mosquitoes. There was no hot water either. The hotel is outside the market, which was another issue for me. Things could be better, but I still had a nice experience overall.

The rooms are new, but there are plenty of problems. Only two cars can park, and even that takes a struggle because of the steep slope and an unsuitable gate. There's no water purifier, no wall clock, and no coffee or milk powder. The shared washing machine is on the top floor. I had to ask to get a bath towel, and the shower fell on my head when I turned on the tap. Service was poor for the room price. The location isn't great, far from the airport, and I wouldn't advise going out or returning late at night. There's no security guard. The bed is small for two. Better to book online at a clear price instead of getting caught by verbal booking terms.

Oyo's business model is awful, and they should stop doing this and try something else. Their agents chase targets and make false promises when booking hotels, then disappear after the visit. The staff seem to have only half the knowledge they need.

The Oyo listing promised a restaurant, but there wasn't one on the premises. I booked online and paid the full amount shown, yet the hotel desk asked for another INR 255 at check-in. The room had cigarette burn holes in the bedsheet, a broken restroom tower bolt, and a broken toilet seat.
