The rooms are up on the second floor, and the lift wasn’t working, so we had to carry all our luggage upstairs. My dad is a senior citizen, and despite asking several times, we couldn’t get proper help from the staff. The lift and rooms are very old and smell terrible. Thanks, if you want to see the worst rooms of your lifetime, go there.

It wasn’t a good stay. The room was very dirty, and there was no water at night. No staff were available then either, in case we needed help. At checkout, we were just standing at our room door when the old man at reception asked for the key as if we were going to take it with us.

The lift is still under construction, so you’ll be carrying your own luggage up from the second floor while staff watch. What a premium service. The staff are useless, and the management is amazing in the worst way. I’m honestly shocked this place is still operating. If you want a stay like a haunted house, go for it. Otherwise, jump from the second floor.

There’s just one employee, and he’s busy playing mobile games, so don’t expect much service. If you want to stay with lizards and insects, come enjoy the place. You’ll see all kinds of insect species you haven’t seen before, instead of going to a zoo or museum.

Worst experience of my life. They need to improve the way they talk to customers, especially that old man at reception.
