No towels or drinking water, and the TV didn’t work. The receptionist was harsh and aggressive, swore at customers who booked online, and threatened them. They treat guests terribly. Pathetic stay at a dreadful lodge. After so many complaints, why does Oyo still list it? I’d never recommend booking here.

I came from Mumbai with my husband, but the person at reception refused to give us a room because of our religion. He said outright that he wouldn’t give rooms to people from a particular background. He also tried to get extra money under the table. There was no respect or basic courtesy, just discrimination and an attempt to cheat us. This is shameful, unethical, and, in my view, illegal. Places like this should be reported and banned. Avoid it completely.

We had to wait an hour at the front desk, with no apology, and staff were rude and no help. They also made us pay extra for things that were already part of the booking. The room smelled foul and was disgusting, with stained carpets and dirty sheets. The worst hotel experience I’ve had. I won’t stay here again. Avoid it.

The place was a waste, and the receptionist swore at customers. Agoda had already received my full payment, but I was still made to pay another 500 rupees for no reason. This hotel should be blacklisted. Once I reach Kolkata, I’ll send the hotel and receptionist a court notice.
