Cosy Stays at HBR Layout

The cupboard was dusty and had cockroaches, and the toilet was very dirty. There was no hot water, and they handed over a torn towel. See the photos.

Getting checked in took a little help because of a network issue, but @shahid at reception got us through it smoothly. @hassan was supportive too, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. At Hotel Leela Park, the room was clean and spacious, with a lovely look and a comfortable, luxurious feel. The location worked well, and the facilities and relaxing atmosphere made the stay memorable. I appreciated the thoughtful details that made me feel at home. I had a great stay at Hotel Leela Park HBR and would recommend it for families, corporate guests, bachelors, and couples. It felt elegant and hassle-free, with comfort and good value together. I look forward to returning.

Please avoid this place. The fan didn't work, the bed was unclean, and the taps were broken. Hot water wasn't working either, and the service was awful. The person at reception was irresponsible and disrespectful. This was the worst experience of my life.

A week after we booked, they raised the rate and told us to pay the difference or cancel. The manager was rude, and the staff were unprofessional. No manners or ethics.
