On our first visit, we stayed two days and things were manageable, though we weren’t fully satisfied. The location was convenient, and it was an emergency stay. This time, even though we had booked and paid in full, the staff suddenly said couples weren’t allowed. We’d stayed there before without any problem, so that was confusing and frustrating. At reception they were lying on the sofa, barely interested in helping. We stood there asking what to do about the booking and payment, but they didn’t answer properly and just told us to call customer care. We waited a long time while they did nothing. They didn’t show basic courtesy, offer us a seat, or speak respectfully. The staff’s conduct was unacceptable, unprofessional, and negligent. Guests deserve a proper response to valid questions. I urge management to take strict action, because if this continues it could seriously damage the hotel’s reputation.

The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping cleaned the area twice. Hot water was available around the clock. I had a very good experience overall.

I couldn’t stand being in the room for more than five minutes. It was awful, with what felt like hundreds of cockroaches. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I booked a room for one day with my colleagues, but they wouldn’t let two women and one man stay in a single room. They also asked us to show IDs proving we were related, which I don’t think is necessary for people who are 25. Either way, they should have told us this beforehand. It was a complete waste of time.

The new hotel manager was rude, especially to women, and communicated badly. When I raised issues, he blamed others and didn’t even bother to check the details properly. It felt like the management was creating problems instead of providing service. My room smelled bad and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The AC and TV weren’t working right, and there was no soap. The management is incompetent, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
