Guests had to call for every basic thing, from toiletries and drinking water to hot water. The property doesn't seem to have enough staff to take care of guests' basic needs. I can't understand the previous ratings. There are better places nearby at a similar price. Room and service, no comments at all.

We arrived at 10 pm with my two young kids, after confirming by phone around 9 that morning that we'd need an extra bed and would be checking in late. Even with our OYO booking, reception refused to provide a room with one and spoke rudely, then started arguing. Calling OYO's customer agent didn't help, as they disconnected the call. We had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. Don't risk your stay here.

The manager and staff at DBR suites were kind and cooperative, and they provided all the facilities properly. The complimentary breakfast was nice too. A very nice place to stay in Bangalore.

The food was good, and I liked the place. The staff were very nice to deal with. I'll definitely visit again.

The map pin is wrong. The actual location is near The Hangout cafe. The service and rooms were excellent.
