The ground-floor restaurant is expensive and the food doesn't taste up to the mark, but the stay itself was great, especially for corporate people. Check-in is available 24×7. There are enough lifts, the cleaner tidies the room daily and changes the bedsheets, and the bathroom is very hygienic. The room has free WiFi and a television with a good range of channels, from movies and sports to favourite North Indian channels. Loved the hospitality.

It's far from the city center, so you'll need a vehicle to get around. More megamart is right next door, which makes essentials easy to find. The check-in and checkout process is quick and simple, though management is average and you have to follow up to get good service. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, but they aren't maintained well enough. Food at the ground-floor restaurant is average.

The employee in charge was extremely helpful and did everything, from reception and housekeeping to catering and billing, to make my stay comfortable. The other things generally met expectations. Hot water was only available in the mornings, and it was just lukewarm. Breakfast is included in the price and comes from a nearby small Upahar stall. It tasted okay.

I've stayed here more than 10 times, and it's one of my favorite places. The staff are friendly, and I think the breakfast is good, though I'd suggest eating outside. Sometimes the room price is about the same as keys hotel. My main complaint is that some rooms have no restroom lock, and some of the doors are broken.
