FabExpress Karthika Residency

I paid 13,000/- in advance for a room on 13th June 2023 and have asked for a cancellation and refund since day one. Today is 21st June 2023, and I still haven't received it. Chinthalapalli Bala Krishna Reddy on the staff has given us fake deadlines and promises for a week. The staff are ignorant, unhelpful, untruthful, and unprofessional. The owner avoids my calls, and the staff blocked my contact. Don't choose this place, they trick people and then don't return their money.

SOOOOOOO BAD!! Don't come here. The rooms aren't cleaned, and when you ask the staff, they'll lie and blatantly ignore you. The food is bad too. There's a nice cafe nearby, that's about it. You WILL leave hating the city and wanting to die. DO NOT GO.

Fab hotels are the worst, even worse than oyo, and their support team is just as bad. If you book this hotel or any Fab hotel, they'll check you in and then say there's no room available or maintenance is going on. The support team won't help at all. Say no to Fab hotel.

Don't go there, that's my advice. The corridors and other rooms were noisy. In the first room there was no hot water. The second was full of ashes, cigarette butts, and cockroaches. The third had even more cockroaches and lots of trash under the bed. Sheets and towels were dirty and torn, the room wasn't clean, lights and remote controls were broken, and there was no hot water. The deodorant smell was disgusting.
