I stayed from 30th Apr to 2nd May because I was in town for a function. There was no breakfast, and even tea was only offered at 9 in the morning when I asked. The TV had no power supply, and the receptionist slept in an empty room at night. They didn’t provide basic amenities. The service was awful.

The rooms and hotel were nice, and the staff were especially polite. The main thing they need to improve is bathroom maintenance. I’d rate the rooms 4/5, service 3.8/5, and staff behaviour 4.5/5. When I accidentally left my keys inside the room, the staff helped me a lot by providing another room.

The room and bathroom weren’t properly maintained, and cleanliness was below standard. On top of that, the room was much smaller than I expected for the high price. The staff were rude and unwilling to help, which made the whole stay unpleasant. With the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unreasonable pricing, I can’t recommend this hotel. I hope management takes these problems seriously and improves its standards.

We told reception ahead of time that one of our cars would be parked in their lot, and they agreed. After our short trip, we returned the next morning and were suddenly asked to pay ₹500 per day. If we’d known, we would have parked at the airport, which is much cheaper. The room was tiny and not worth the price, and the staff were rude and arrogant, acting like they worked at NASA. Charging ₹500 a day after approving the parking is unreasonable. This place seems focused on money, isn’t worth over ₹1000 for a room, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
