After this stay, I ended up bringing bed bugs home. The rooms were unhygienic, and there's no WiFi. Reception staff didn't seem to care when I went down to speak with them. The photos on the website must have been taken when the property was new. The receptionist was asleep on the floor until 9am, and I struggled to wake him so I could check out. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever seen, with no reason to give it even one star.

The bedding and towels were filthy, and the room's worn-out infrastructure was poorly maintained. They didn't provide even complimentary water, and there was no drinking water facility anywhere in the hotel. Plates we requested weren't available either. We called reception twice but got no help. The rooms were shabby, and there was absolutely no service. A pathetic place that isn't worth even one night.

The photos used for booking looked like they were taken years ago. The rooms are now in terrible condition, and the staff made for a terrible experience too.

A warning for couples especially, don't trust the photos on OYO or other apps. This is a third-rate lodge dressed up to look like a decent hotel. My first room had already been checked out of by someone before I arrived, and the bed linens hadn't been changed. They moved me to another room with a fancy-looking cot, but it was nasty too. The rooms were shabby and dirty, and the passages were so disgusting they made me feel sick. I have no idea how often they change the linens. The AC seemed to cool the TV and carpet instead of me, and the fan was just as useless. Even during Bangalore winter I was sweating like it was peak summer. Every room seemed full of roaches, and I spent a rough night deciding between scratching and trying to sleep. The bathrooms leaked everywhere, and the shower barely trickled. The staff were the worst I've ever encountered, seeming like they'd been kidnapped and forced to work there. Avoid this filthy lodge, there are far better places for much less. This place felt like hell.
