The staff were the worst part. They were rude, had no politeness, and didn't know how to treat people. Cleaning was only okay, not good. There was no hot water and no proper AC rooms. Try to avoid staying here.

I was left outside in 13°C weather for 40 minutes, at nearly 4 AM, after returning from work. I’d checked in at 1:30 PM and left for the office at 6:30 PM, but when I came back at 3:50 AM the hotel’s main entrance was locked. There was no reception, visible staff, phone number, bell, or instructions. I kept trying the door because I couldn’t believe a hotel would leave a paying guest stranded like that. A man eventually appeared and said he’d been sleeping nearby and came over because he “heard the noise.” I’d tried the door and made noise 40 minutes earlier too. The staff member was rude and offered “this is a residential area” as an excuse. That doesn’t make it okay. Guests need to be able to enter and leave at any hour. Locking people out with no way to contact anyone feels dangerous, not just poor service. The room was missing basic supplies too, including water and toothpaste. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. It felt like a nightmare, not a hotel.

I had a nice stay, with a spacious, hygienic room, good room service, quality food at the restaurant, and a supportive reception team. I even extended my visit by 10 days. I’ll keep staying here.

The rooms were only average and weren’t especially clean or well maintained. What made the stay much worse was the front desk employee’s threatening, intimidating manner. We felt very uncomfortable, and that kind of conduct has no place in a hotel. After this experience with the staff, I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.
