There was no sense of privacy here. We were half an hour past checkout, and staff entered with the master key without calling to remind us first. When I questioned it, the main staff member said it was their policy to come in with the master card if guests are late. They weren't apologetic at all and acted as though barging in on guests was routine. The rooms had cockroaches and no hygiene or safety. I gave one star only because there was no zero-star option. DONOT GO HERE.

The management says it's investigating complaints, but I don't know what they've actually done. I came in Jan 2025 and things were bad then too, but now it's horrible. Ms Neha George mentioned the cockroaches two months ago and management said they'd fix it. They still say they'll investigate, but I don't know what that investigation has led to. There are bugs and cockroaches all over, even moving on the bed and on you. I suddenly woke up at 2PM and couldn't sleep after that. The towels are torn or full of holes. Bathroom faucets are in bad shape: one hot water tap didn't release water, and another in a fifth-floor bathroom could spin 360 degrees. The bed had marks and long hair, apparently from people who use the room for half a day and don't care about its condition. Beds, blankets, comforters, and pillows are never changed. The place is very bad and unkempt, and they charged Rs 300 for early check-in. They say they're renovating, but I doubt it, especially with some complaints going back three years. I can confidently say the five-star reviews calling it excellent are fake, from staff or management, not genuine customers.

The food was moderately fine, but the stay wasn't worth the money. The hotel is far from the main road, the rooms and washroom were very unclean, and the staff were rude and services poor. Check the check-in time beforehand, because we had to pay 350 rs extra. The sheets had holes, and there was a cockroach running around on the nightstand. The TV didn't work. We called reception three times before anyone came; he fiddled with it, said another person would come, and nobody did. When I checked, they hadn't even paid the connection subscription and seemed to be delaying. The bathroom was dirty, and they hadn't even put a 10 rs soap by the basin. My mom had back pain from the bed, whose loose springs made noise. The rooms were really poor and the staff were not hospitable. They were reluctant to help with our luggage. Only one staff member even looked at us and smiled.

I really enjoyed the facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was good. A very nice experience.
