The rooms look good, but water is a big problem. They don't provide it, and we had to ask for everything each time. The kettle they gave us was very dirty. I'd give it three stars.

The room was good, and the service was fine too.

What a waste of money. There were no towels, water bottle, or bathroom soap, and they charged extra even after I asked. FabHotel's price was different from what they charged at the desk. Felt like a rip-off.

The service boys don't respond properly, and there are no shops nearby for at least half a kilometer. The Wi-Fi connection doesn't work properly, and despite listing 24-hour hot water, they didn't have it. They didn't provide any carpets, not even by the bathrooms to dry our wet feet. This hotel was a complete waste.

Be careful about booking here online or turning up in person. Staff may refuse to give you a room and use excuses to ask for more money.
