For what they charge per night, I expected a decent stay. The staff were unhelpful, and the hotel and facilities looked different from the pictures online. It's a two-storey hotel squeezed between two buildings. The room had no window, the TV didn't work because they don't subscribe to channels, and there were no toiletries, so bring your own towel and soap. Even the extra-cost breakfast, which major hotels often include, was far too little for an adult. You could book a branded hotel for the same money.

The staff made the stay for me, they were polite, humble, and ready to help. Anything I needed, I could call reception and get it sorted. The food from their own kitchen was great, and the rooms were spacious with good amenities. The property is right by the main road, so getting around was easy.

The rooms were fine, but the hotel’s visitor policy made no sense to me. A friend visited for 4-5 hrs, and they charged me extra for another person. The charge was added to my balance at checkout, and no one told me about it that day. If you expect visitors, this hotel may not suit you.

I arrived at 10 am after an early morning flight and was asked to pay 650 extra for early check-in, even though the room was empty and I only wanted to get in 1-2 hours early. The owner, Vinod, then tried to bargain with me to book the next few days directly instead of through makemy trip. I had paid for a premium room with more space through makemy trip, but they gave me a normal economy room, blaming the picture on an error by make my trip. Charging the premium rate for that room felt like cheating. The owner seemed completely money-minded, not focused on customers. Avoid these so-called suites.
