I didn't go myself, but my friend stayed there through OYO, and his experience with the room collection was very good. The room facilities seemed very good, and it's a better area for meeting people, including for personal meetings.

The parking experience was the last straw. Staff were aggressive and unhelpful, and seemed to be taking their internal grievances out on customers. During the stay I also had to go to reception repeatedly because the phones weren't working. Even water bottles cost extra. Cleanliness and staff were poor from the start. The AC didn't work on day one, and after I made several requests they moved me to a room with a faulty bathroom and dirty linens. Extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The bus stop nearby meant horns all night, and music from a shop kept playing and kept me awake. The room was unbearable: cockroaches everywhere, pan stains, terrible stained bedding, and dirty pillows. The service boy even smiled and said this room was OYO specially for couples. Don't come here with family.
