We stayed on the 11th floor of this apartment hotel in a multistory building. It’s a two-bedroom apartment: both bedrooms have AC and cable TV, while the hall has cable TV only. There’s a kettle, microwave, small refrigerator, and tea and coffee setup in the kitchen. For meals, the mall’s food court is on the second floor of the same complex, and there are two cinema screens showing current releases. The place is often used by people visiting Manjeri for events or work.

The location was close to the main attractions but quiet at night, and the room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. The hotel was well kept, and housekeeping kept everything spotless each day. The beds were especially comfortable. The welcome felt warm from the start. Staff were friendly and professional, and seemed keen to help. Check-in was quick, and the front desk was happy to give directions and suggestions. They paid attention to our comfort throughout.

I’ve been coming here for over three years, and it’s a good property. Sarath and niyas at the front office are especially helpful, and the staff are well behaved. Room service is available, but there’s no round-the-clock housekeeping, and cleaning isn’t available after midnight.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The pricing was a little confusing. An AC in the living room would have made the stay more comfortable.
