The room was decent and spacious, with two double beds, and seemed to be an AC room. But we were first charged ₹1300 for a "non-AC room" with no fans, which was impractical for a room that size. When we complained, the staff rudely said it was an AC room and asked for another ₹500 to switch on the AC. The lack of clear information and the dismissive response left a bad impression. Better communication and customer service are needed for a satisfactory stay.

We chose the budget non-AC room. It was a bit small, but clean, and the toilet was neat. The tap wasn't working.
