The AC in the deluxe room was off for almost the whole day. When I asked why, they mentioned some breakdown issue, laughed, and didn't bother to understand my concern or answer my questions properly. I paid for a stay that felt like nothing in return. Having studied and worked in hotels, I know how customers should be treated, and this service was very disappointing.

When I messaged to ask about the place, they assumed I wasn't part of a couple. They never even asked whether I was married. Is that really how they treat someone who contacts them as a customer? It was a bad experience.

We found the rooms clean and cozy, and the staff were helpful and flexible. Our trip came up suddenly, so having a comfortable, stress-free place to stay made a real difference. It's also quiet and budget-friendly. We had a great experience and would recommend the lodge.

The location made it easy to get around, close to the main attractions and places to eat. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and kept in good shape. The host was welcoming and helpful, and took care of what we needed within minutes. I had a wonderful stay, whether for work or a break, this place worked well.
