Riyas, the caretaker, was friendly, helpful, and a great guide during my stay at Sapphire Residency, Manjeri (Malappuram). The breakfast came on time and tasted good too. The room was extremely clean, with AC and hot water, and everything was well maintained. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

Mr.Riyas, the hotel's Care Taker, was especially helpful and service minded. The staff behaved professionally and made the room neat and tidy. It was a wonderful stay, with a clean room, good bathroom facilities, and hot water available at all times. Breakfast was included at an affordable rate. Really good experience.

Mr. Riyas was the main support during my stay. He was caring and helpful, checked that things were all right, and told us to let him know if we needed anything. My company booked this hotel for a month for work, and I had a very good experience. The room stayed neat and clean throughout the month. I hope the hotel keeps providing this kind of service.
