The room had almost no airflow, and several basics weren't working: the AC remote, kettle, and room service phone were all out of order. It made the stay uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend the hotel until these things are fixed.

The entrance is the main problem. There's a liquor shop or some kind of cheap liquor bar there, and the whole area has a strong smell. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy, and the staff are cooperative.

The rooms were good. We had booked two, but had to cancel one at the last minute, and they still gave us a full refund.

Checkout left me feeling unwelcome. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, and simple questions got disrespectful, unhelpful replies. There was no basic courtesy, not even a thank you. That was a very disappointing end to my stay. The way guests are treated at checkout matters, and this experience means I won't return or recommend the hotel. If being treated respectfully is important to you, I'd look elsewhere.
