Rameswaram is about an hour away, so having a cab or your own car would be best. The hotel is near restaurants and offers room service, and it works well for families. We found it a good base for visiting the temples around Ramanathapuram. I’d recommend staying here with family.

We had booked seven rooms, and the AC wasn’t working in any of them. When we raised it, management didn’t handle it properly. They just told us it would come on around midnight and to complain again the next day if it still didn’t. Very poor management.

The location is handy and the reception looked alright, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. Staff were unresponsive and not very professional, while the room cleaning and housekeeping fell below standard. The AC and Wi-Fi were unreliable too. The service didn’t make the stay worthwhile, and I wouldn’t recommend it without major improvements.

I felt comfortable in the clean, well-equipped room, and the staff were warm and ready to help whenever I needed something. I had a fantastic stay in Ramanadhapuram and would gladly recommend the hotel. Five stars don’t cover it, I’d give ten if I could!

The rooms are roomy, and the front office service was excellent. The bathroom fixtures and sanitary items need proper upkeep and replacement, though.
